Currently i am working on a new program to assist commissioning engineers in digitally conducting all required FAT-tests for panels, to prevent paper waste and decrease the time required to make a safety FAT-test.
A concept of this program is to be expected before the end of this year, for now functionality includes:
- A checklist to mark all tested aspects of a panel, thus eliminating the possibility that certain aspects are forgotten.
- Documentable tests of MCB measurements.
- Documentable results of Megger / HV testing
- Verification according to NEN 1010 / NEN 3140 and IEC61439-EN.
- PDF-generation after the test is complete, with a fully signed and locked document as an output.
As i am working on this, i am expecting to implement functionality to use the program also on Android / iOS so the commissioning engineer has the possibility to directly make notes and use the checklist in front of the panel.
The application will be available for Windows and Linux initially.
